National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History is located in the center of Chisinau, capital of the Republic of Moldova, on 82 Mihail Kogălniceanu Street. The museum is housed in an impressive historic building, easy to include in a stroll through the city center.

Visitors are allowed up to 30 minutes before closing time.

  • Pupils: 10 lei

Admission is free for children under 7 and for certain special categories of visitors, and in Free admission for all visitors on the last Friday of the month.

The visit usually lasts, between 1 and 2 hours, depending on how much time you set aside for exhibitions dedicated to Moldova's nature, traditions and history.

National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History, located in Chisinau, is the oldest museum in the Republic of Moldova, founded in 1889.
